2020 poster prize - 16th edition of the Journées du Cancéropôle Grand Sud-Ouest (Science Days of the Greater Southwest Oncopole), 100% virtual

The 16th edition of the Science Days of the Greater Southwest Oncoole is a “must” meeting for researchers and clinicians of the Greater Southwest region of France. This year, it took place from November 24 to 27 totally on line because of the pandemic. These meetings are the sites of exchanges that update ongoing programs and strategic orientations in the field of cancer research.

The SILAB - Jean PAUFIQUE Corporate Foundation has supported a promising young team studying therapies for skin diseases by offering a “Young Researcher” poster prize.

The 2020 winner was Sara Peru for her e-poster entitled “Role of CLA (Cutaneous Lymphocyte Antigen) in the survival and dissemination of patients' cutaneous T-cell lymphoma cells”. The work was done in the INSERM (French National Institute of Health and Medical Research) U1053, team 3: oncogenesis of cutaneous lymphoma - BaRITOn (Bordeaux Research In Translational Oncology), in Bordeaux.
